If so, then as EarthWyrm said, it's the Naughty Halo Aura that you can unlock by giving the Candy Keeper 25 Candy Canes and 1,000 Inf during the Winter Event.
The only time you can unlock it is during the Winter Event, but once you unlock it on a character, it stays unlocked.

Yes, the Winter event will probably be starting soon. Remember, however, that it is per CHARACTER, not per ACCOUNT. So any character you want the halo on, you'll need to earn it.
