Badjac's Shard TF Saturdays

I'm thinking about doing one Shard TF each Saturday, for the sake of getting the badges and the Incarnate Shards. On Nov. 20, I would like to do Dr. Q, just to get him out of the way. I'd like to gauge what interest there is to do this 18 kill-all mish TF, and what would be the best time to start.

My badger brute will be a rogue, so I won't be able to start it. I'm hoping this will not be an issue.

I really would like to find out if this will drop a lot of shards, considering the number of mishes that Q has.

note: I know I'm exaggerating about the 18 kill-all, but I've only been on it twice.

If I can't fill the team here, I will try on the Level 50 and Guardian channels.

If this is a smashing success, I will consider making a habit of this.

P.S. The frequency of this happening will depend on my personal work schedule.

Should I also choose a day for some frequent TF? How about a Kay's Monday Special ITF? Always themed?

I had been thinking about doing these on a weekend AM as well. I know Electrosys was also gauging the interest of a weekly run. I for one, am good for any weekend AM run. If that is not a possibility or if Electrosys runs it in the same time window, I will do either/or. I don't want to have competing TF, especially Shard TF's which are notoriously hard to fill especially in the AM.

So, if both you and Electrosys run your Shard TF at a time that I can't make, I'll do a weekend AM run for those morning warriors out there.

I enjoy the Shard TFs but don't need the badges.

Depending on what time it starts I would be very interested.

My Badger needs DR. Q and I think Justin. Sign me up I should be able to make it depending on the time.

I'm considering 12 pm eastern as the start time to allow the west coasters an opportunity to join. Would that be alright?

I can pull that off, the reason I play early is that the misses is sleeping and I can squeeze extra play time before she awakens from her slumber and insists on asking me to do things around the house. =)

If you run Dr. Q, you also might see if there is a CoP trial being done on the same day. For example, Omega ran his yesterday at 5PM EST and although this task force can be done in under 5 hours, it might be cutting it close.

Either way, just thought I would throw that out there. You are the conductor, I am just putting this in the suggestion box.

Barring any complications, I am open for this weekend. Once it's confirmed, I'll put it on my calender. I can bring either my fire blaster or the dark x 3 defender (limited travel powers).

According to some in-game conversations that occured during CB, and from Zombie Man's guide, shards should only drop from lvl 50+ baddies.

Shards were dropping off 47+ baddies for awhile, but I do not know if that is the case anymore.

The wife and I would definitely like to join you though.

Due to my not knowing the time for Earthclan's CoP run, I am willing to bump it up to 11 am eastern. If it's a problem, we'll stick to 12 pm eastern.

I am kinda disappointed that I19 did not go according to schedule, but I'd rather they fix it before releasing it. I'm working on getting a level 50 dom and I don't want my dom gimped because of that bug.

11AM might be a bit difficult for me.
I have to take the misses to get some blood work done in the morning, as well as to go to the banks and she needed to go to Dillards as well. I figured to be all done by 11 and back home in time to start the Dr. Q. The possible earlier start time might be a problem.

As such, put me down as a reserve instead of as active. Hopefully, I can get everything done before that time, but I don't want to hold you all up.

The delay will be Dillard's and I know it....speaking for myself when I go shopping, I know what I want, I get it, pay and leave. My wife....eh....not so much.

Well, dang! I just found out that I will not be able to run the Quaterfield Task Force today. My roomie has scheduled a dinner party today, and tried to tell me but didn't get the message to me. Sorry for the inconvenience.

On that note, I will not be able to run a Shard TF next Saturday, due to Thanksgiving weekend. Thursday is my normal work day, but I have to work that Saturday to make up for the lost hours.

Sorry for the false start here, folks. I guess this is what happens when the holidays come upon us. I will definitely make an effort to run a QTF on Dec. 4, if the interest is still there.
