Sam, the I19 content is on the Beta server not the Test server. There's a section on the forums that goes in to how to access this. Look at the Development section of the forums and you'll find as sticky.

That aside, wow, hundreds if deaths? That sounds crazy. I'm really looking forward to trying this out with my all VEAT sg. Nothing has really given us much of a challenge so I'm excited for this.

You have to set up the beta client to access the beta.

The stickied threads near the top here have the instructions on how to access the beta servers.

Yes, hundreds of deaths. The enemies hit hard at +4 and soft-capped defense isn't as effective against them. Some of the enemies can easily two-shot most ATs. i'm talking regular bosses, not Elite or AV class. Of course with a good mix of support and a little practice it's not that bad, but the first go-round can be a bear.

I'm not sure I understand your question Sam. Issue 19 is in open beta now so I don't know why it would be locked.

I didn't know it was in Open Beta is all I'm usually quicker to catch on to these things. I think the character copy tool worked for the Beta server, too...
