Hey everyone!

Just a reminder-Real World Hero, a City of Heroes charity, starts up again this November 19th!

This year, they'll be benefiting the same three charities as last year-Child's Play, DonateGames.org, and Operation Gratitude-plus a new addition, Heifer International!

There's an auction in the works on their website, and they'll be setting up an AE arc to run as well.

Please visit http://realworldhero.com/ for more information and spread the word!

Remember, "we may not be super-powered, but we can be super-purposed"!

Real World Hero has begun!

Charlie and I will be doing a RWH-themed playlist tonight on our show (from 7pm-9pm EST on KJSR.net) to get you in the mood to donate, and, of course, in the mood to party, because tonight is the RWH kickoff blast!

Join me, Charlie, Mio, and some of the other DJs, as well as @Mr. Wentworth and @Sultry Siren, on Infinity tonight from 9 pm EST-11 pm EST in the Wentworth's Country Club! I hear there'll be contests and prizes, so put on your fancy clothes! All you have to do is make an alt on Infinity and message @Mr. Wentworth or @Sultry Siren for an invitation to get into their SG base!

For more information on the kickoff party, please check out their forum thread!

See you tonight!

This weekend the MA Superteam ran thru the arc as part of our Collaboration Week theme! We're so glad you're including the AE in your event and here's the notes I took while running thru it

Mission 1:
Contact's bio/background is missing
Briefing clue is uneeded, just repeats the mission txt (same with the following mishes)
Basic mission motivation is good, but could be more personal. Why did Mr W pick ME for this mish as opposed to the thousands of others?
Slay Belle (love that name!) bio/background is missing
Why 12 bombs? So many objectives on the first mish (of 5) makes the arc start off slow and grindy, esp on the open boat map. Maybe lower the # of objectives and put it on a small map so the action starts fast and fun!

Mission 2:
Typo: Briefing txt- Kings Row (no apostrophe)
Nav Bar Objective overload! Group the objectives with generic nav bar terms so they don't turn the nav bar into a novel
LOVE LOVE LOVE the ambush dialogue

Mission 3:
Clean up nav bar objectives again
Typo: Nav Bar objective- Charity Worker
Typo: Charity Worker rescue dialogue- twisted

Mission 4:
Great dialogue throughout this whole mission

Mission 5:
Typo: Mission briefing- Oranbega
Typo: Goldleaf bio- friend
Elvish really really really needs a bio/background (best. costume. ever!)
Mission Debrief was missing. Should have something in there to sum up the adventure, it needs closure.

Other notes:
You may want to add the contest details to mission 1's briefing clue, the mission text, or into the mission description (that you read on the AE computer.) It was only luck that someone checked the Arc Souvenir and found details on how to enter the drawing and at that point all clues were removed from the clue tab since the mission is over. Luckily, I wrote them down as we went along.

While custom enemy group looks great they can hit pretty hard. Our tank faceplanted a few times to something with Build Up, always a tough power to balance on customs. We played as a nearly full team and only had a few defeats, not sure how balanced it is for soloers.

The arc gets very repetitive. You may want to see if you can tell the same story in 4 missions (Mission 1 was pretty much fluff) or swap out Anti-Claus in each mission with a diff boss so you build up to a fight with Anti-Claus as opposed to fight him over and over. When you've beat the big bad 4 times already, it's Anti-Climactic to beat him in the end. On the other hand, Fruitcake (genius btw) would make the perfect villain to fight over and over ;P

I hope these notes help a bit. We had a good time running thru the arc and wish you the best of luck with your festivities!

Craft your inventions in AE!!

Play "Crafter's Cafe" - Arc #487283. A 1 mission, NON-COMBAT AE arc with workable invention tables!

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm addressing the issues with extraneous clues, pacing, and typography. I'll be adding backstories to villians and allies on the fly, so bear with me. RW is an issue around the holidays, and gaming is only a secondary responsibility.

HEY PROTECTOR!

How come we're not even listed on the graph yet?!

C'mon, people! Spread the word! And remember-every little donation counts, no matter how small!

I can see Protector on the graph now. It gets updated at least once per day. We're still getting started, so it wouldn't take much to jump a few spots fast.
