Existing missions after side-switch?

I haven't brought a character full-circle yet but I doubt it. When you side-switch, it warns you that all your current missions will be abandoned.

When switching to the other side, all missions will be Abandoned. After swiching back, you'll have to speak to the contact again to pick the mission back up again.

I'd kept that in CMA's mission list ever since issue 4... mostly for nostalgia but it got dumped with issue 18.

So, I want to take my scrapper redside to get the Mu patron pool set. I'd then like to return to blueside. What, if anything, will happen to my current (blueside) open missions upon my return?
I have a few missions I like to rerun for fun and profit and just want to verify that they will still be available when I return to hero status.

Debt barely slows down levelling these days. It's just a little bar that measures how much Awesome you've generated recently. (If you're not getting debt, you're just not trying to generate Awesome hard enough.) -Kelenar
