Villain Alignment mission still completing early

Weird. I've been doing that mission every few days, and as recently as last night, and it has worked perfectly every time.
Maybe the computers are spawning out of order? The text refers to the primary, secondary and tertiary terminals. Does the text appear to be going in the correct sequence? (i.e. If you run it again - I don't imagine you memorized the text as it occurred.)

1 Speak to future Self - get the code, activate computer - defeat frostfire
2 Speak to future Self - defeat all enemies around youself and activate computer - defeat future frostfire
(before I even defeated all enemies around my 2nd future self, mission completed here)
3 Speak to future self - last computer is by 'me' in last room unless Im remembering wrong.

The first time I ran this mission my future self didn't spawn at all. I continued to wander around the map defeating enemies until it completed on its own. The second time I ran the mission it behaved normally. It definitely seems to be an irregular thing.

One time I had it complete as I was running towards the tertiary matrix computer. No enemies defeated; just... running into the room and mission complete. I took my Villain Merit and left.
Definitely not working as intended.
"Speak to your future self" mission to align as villain pulled the same thing on me last night. Before I even started speaking to the 2nd version of myself, the mission completed and I was given my villain merit reward. Of course I went thru and killed everything else (good thing I did cause I got a nice purple IO drop), but still a little annoying that I havent even seen my 3rd future self and the mission completes. Im pretty sure this mission is not WAI.
