The correct answer is atom bombs.
If you're mutant origin she talks about how Mutants only started showing up after the first atom was split and how that shows how all atoms and how all life is connected and stuff like that. Or was that Krylov in Cap Au Diable?
Either way, the answer is atom bombs.
I've done that arc several times and don't remember there being a multiple choice at all

If you're not a mutant you won't get the multiple choice. Just like the ghost in Croatoa if you're magic you get multiple choice, if not no other choices.

I've this arc many many times and every time when I get to Sister Psyche in Independence Port, she will give you that multiple choice question that you have to answer. Needless to say, every time I answer one or the other she replies with "Sorry, wrong answer". I have come to the conclusion that there is not a correct answer being that I've picked them both when she talks about Mutants. Something about the industrial age was one question and the other said something about the Vampyri.
