I'm setting up a new PC for my lovely mate. Is there any reason this version of Windows can't run CoX? Are there any exotic connection problems I may run into? Is anyone running CoX with this OS and have any feedback?

(I did do a search for this. Apologies if my fu is faulty.)

Which Windows Pro 64bit? XP? Vista? 7?

I'm running Win7-64 right now with zero issues.

All (non server) versions of Windows - xp, vista, 7 - can run COH. Doesn't much care about 32 or 64 bit. (Don't know about XP x64, but I almost never run into it.)

No real difference between Home, Pro, Ultimate as far as COH is concerned.

Derp. XP-64. I'm reinstalling onto a pair of new PCs but the other is plain old XP Pro. No problems there. DLing to the other now.

I can verify that CoH runs (or at least ran) on Win Server 2003 x64 as well.

I can verify that CoH works perfectly well on Windows Xp 64bit with ATI RadeonHD 2600 and a Radeon x1900.

im runing win7-x64, runs awesome.

back when i ran XP-x64 i had a whole slew of compatability issues, don't recal if Coh was one of them.

64 bit XP is the same codebase as Win server 2003 so I'd hope it would.
