Seismic Smash animation?
Pretty sure it's the same two-handed overhead jumping smash like Total Focus, Thunder Strike, Incandescent Strike et al, but if you're curious you can always check out the animation in the costume creator.
It looks like Air Superiority, only with the "Stone Fist" rock coating on your hands. It most definitely does NOT involve jumping in the air.
But yes, if you really need more detail (and have access to a computer with CoH installed), just go into the character creator.

it has gone from unconscionable to downright appalling that we have no way of measuring our characters' wetness.

tremor is the power that uses the total focus and thunderstrike animation.

Imagine the Bonesmasher or Air Superiority animation, with your hands covered in stone, with a visible, spherical shockwave blasting out of the point of impact, and a deep thunderous boom as its sound effect. If you have particle physics enabled, it also releases a scatter of small stones (as all Stone Melee attacks do).
