How Procs in Conductive Aura works.

I hear that a proc in Conductive Aura targets BOTH you and the enemy when using "Performance Shifter: Chance for +End", So my question is.....

If you get +recovery "Per" target. Making ME a target per enemy up to 8 times" Does that mean "Performance Shifter: Chance for +End" can fire "per" target every ten seconds to me? Much like the "Theft of Essance: Change for +End" does in Dark Regeneration???

It will fire off on its target last I checked, so it would help your enemy. The procs best in stamina type powers.

I haven't checked recently, but you might want to try Energy Manipulator: Chance for Stun instead. I used to use it to stun players w/ speed boost.

I was able to get a hold of a Panacea proc which also affects the "target" much like Performance shifter, and thats a heal set, which isnt really suppose to affec tthe enemy one way or another in CA... but anyway.

In CA the Panacea Proc will proc on enemies being affected by CA. but never once proc'd on me while i ran around with it for an hour and a half flying up to top of screen and taking falling damage into mobs i could sap dry and hurt a bit.

The panacea proc is decent if you're an end hog and don't have many slots for shifter procs. It gives some hp and 7.5 points of endurance if it fires off. Its not worth slotting into CA though.
