you will get the missions from him when you are level 37. the other option if that doesn't work is to go blue again until you get it then go back to red.
Thanks, I was hoping not to have to go Blue side and in 4 bubbles I might not have to.
Alternatively once you hit level 40 you can just Ouro the Last Stand on Mole Point Bravo storyarc.
No matter how you twist and turn it, when you're red the easiest way to unlock Rularuu weapons is doing a story arc, rather than going blue and hunting 200 bosses in a confusing zone or doing a 5 hour TF.

I'm trying to unlock Rularuu's Fang with my red side scrapper, I'm level 36 and have done all of the missions Technician Naylor can give me but haven't been given any of the "Last Stand on Mole Point Bravo" story arc missions. What level are these? I thought they were opened up at lvl 35. Any ideas?
