ToT issue
Presumably WAI in order to stop players from defeating mobs as they exit the doors, but before they have a chance to attack.

Would be better if the new target picked automatically didn't didn't get selected from mobs still inside the building as it frequently is. Always worked that way though.

It does make tanking for a ToT team challenging when an early taunt is completely ignored but waiting too long is just as bad. Thank goodness that auras work just standing in front of the door although not as well as a taunt.
The really bad part is that they don't all become vulnerable at the same time. It seems pretty common to have werewolves charging the knocker straight out from inside the door before everything else was even spawned yet.
But I agree it is probably WAI. Anyone that wants to knock should put up with a little bit of risk, even in a team.
It seems you also have to wait for ALL the mobs to exit the door before any attacks become effective - makes sense imo.

For some reason, not always but very often my first hit on a ToT spawn will have no effect. I will see the hit and the words No Effect (or maybe something like that) will actually rise up. Is there a reason for that or is it a bug?
