you'll have to do it on heroside. IF you take a praetorian to 20, it will tell you "Epic Archetype Unlocked" but it actually doesn't. It's a bug I think.
But yah, blueside ding to 20 = WS/PB
Reaching lvl 20 on Heroside will unlock the Hero Epic Archetypes.
Reaching lvl 20 on Villainside will unlock the Villain Epic Archetypes.
Reaching lvl 20 in Praetoria will unlock Praetorian Epic Archetypes... except those don't exist (yet?). lol

Aren't new players who bought the GR pack limited to starting Praetorians? Or is that a nasty rumor?

The first Character you create will end up in Praetoria. Complete the tutorial and you can create a hero or villian.

I didn't have either epic ATs, I hit lvl 20 in Praetoria, got the message that they were unlocked and both sides were.
Hey guys, new (returning) player.
I saw that the unlock for epic ATs was dropped to 20. Let's say I want to make a Warshade and don't have the class unlocked. Do I need to level a hero class using the hero background/starting area to unlock this, or will it be unlocked if I level a hero class using the Praetorian background/starting area (after I get to level 20, of course).
