Your choice looks alright to me. It's quite typical to take everything in electric armor. For kinetic melee, I believe you can drop an attack or two eventually. Since you're pairing up with a kinetics corruptor, and you decide to use hasten, you'll have pretty high recharge rate. Maybe you can drop quick strike at higher level, although it is still good to have it at the beginning. If you let your wife handle ranged attacks, you can drop focused burst as well, which doesn't have very good dpa.
You can also wait till I19 for the inherent fitness, then you have more room for pool powers, for example fighting or leadership to stack with your wife. I think ELA and kinetics may be an interesting combo to play sapping.

My wife and I are going to roll up a duo. She's playing Elec / Kin Corruptor and I thought it would be fun to play kin/elec brute...kind of an opposites attract thing. However I'm having a problem with power selection. Do you guys have any advice? These are the powers I'm thinking about.
