Crey Pistol/Stolen Immobilizer Recharge
It came in so very handy while fighting steel canyon fires. I think I got to use it once!
It'd also be nice if it didn't fire the shot before I was done drawing it. While minor, it's a little annoying to fire an ice blast from my chest and then wave a pistol around.
Heck, it should be a matter of seconds. It's a fun little gun. They can just disable it in PvP zones and Arenas if they're worried about people exploiting it.

The recharge should be 25 seconds instead of 25 minutes. I think it's just a typo and now it's become a matter of pride. Nobody is willing to admit that it was an error.

It was originally set at 1 billion(!?!?) HP healed. It's now set at 10 million - a reduction by a factor of 100.
People made the case for YEARS that it was virtually impossible to earn a 1 billion HP Empath without farming for it. Eventually with Issue 13 the Devs made some kind of off-handed excuse that it was "always" supposed to be 100 million and that the whole thing was just a "decimal point" error. So they corrected that "decimal point" error (a bug that apparently took around 3 years to find) only to lower the requirement down again to 10 million just a few Issues later.
It still amazes me it took several years to get over their "pride" with that one.

I'd love to see the Crey Pistol get it's recharge reduced! I never really use it, but I'd likely use it more if it's recharge was better than 25 minutes.
I usually just like to wave it around and feel like my melee has a cool looking pistol.

One possible reason why the high recharge time was originally put in, assuming this was an issue 1 power, was because I recall hearing that some enemy groups use to having NOTHING for a ranged attack, resulting in the possibility of blasters being able to really stack those immobs.
I still agree with this suggestion about shortening the recharge down to seconds.

I'm not sure about *seconds* - the concern might be with stacking there (non-controller immobilizes) but 30 seconds to a minute should work around that, as well, and still make it "fast" enough to be useful.

Let's lower that sucker. It's not like it's game breakingly powerful like Demonic Aura, Archmage, et al.
I propose we lower the Recharge of the Crey Pistol/Stolen Immobilizer accolade from 25 minutes to about 10 or 15.
