Can I get some constructive critiques on this build
For one thing, I would move that LotG +recharge (you currently have slotted in Mind Link)over to Combat Training Defensive so you get the 1.13% health bonus that 3 LotGs provide

You have the Gladiator's Strike Dmg proc (Smash damage) in several of your melee powers - is the damage on those the same as on a Mako's Proc (Lethal damage)? [According to Paragon Wiki [http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Table_of_Special_IOs], same damage...)
If I'm mistaken about the damage being the same, is Lethal resisted more than Smashing enough to justify the price difference? (Unless you're focusing more on PvP...)
Also, I've seen in several places that a third slot in Hasten is actually of less benefit than a LOTG rech+ in another power... [not positive, and I didn't look at your build to see if you had a spot...]

1. No Eviscerate? You dont want a crit'ing (when stealthed), 90 degree Arc, Superior Damage power, yet you want AOEs??
2. Unless yer PVPing, might as well go with the non-PVP IO damage procs (ToD is always nice)
3. The two Botz sets you have arent really doing anything (unless youre PVPing....then you need -kb.) Id punt them, put something more useful in (like remove CJ for Eviscerate and remove the slots in SS for Eviscerate....seeing a theme yet?)
4. In all your purple attack sets if you use the Damage IO youre gonna to get hit rather hard by ED. Swap each of those out for the Damage/Recharge one you skipped and watched you DPS go up

Hey Frog, (and others) I'm currently leveling up my widow, and I was wondering about Eviscerate. It has a huge animation time compared to the other powers, but I've read that the aoe is generally only enough to get 1 mob, making it harder to fit into an attack chain and keep up DPS.
Is this accurate, or is it worth getting Eviscerate rather than keep up a strong single target chain?

I havent had near the same problem. I play at X8 on my widow so things are usually well bunched. I use it to open the fight and only occassionally after that.....so its not really part of my chain. If you had something else better, sure Id put in something else, but as it kills everything it hits and it reliably hits 3 to 5 for me then heck yeah Id put it in over CJ when Im softcapped.
I dont really use attack chains but I use Follow Up excessively (enough recharge to double stack) with lunge then sprinkle in the AoEs to complete it when neccessary/
Theres no way Id have Aid Self in a build...by the time you need a heal with a Widow, youre usually dead. A green would suffice, but Im 50 so almost always have insp slots with one in it.

Awesome feedback. Thanks. Does anyone know on whether the build up proc in follow up is more effective long term dps over using a damage proc like makos bite?
I have playing around with some of the builds I have found online, tinkering with the powers and procs a bit, and I came up with something that I think will be cool to play. I know alot of widows use Gloom, but I play Madam Recluse blueside for the Justice alignment power. Unable to get Gloom, I went with Psy Scream. I figure between spin and scream I would get alittle more aoe goodness anyway. I also was going for double stack follow ups and thought that the chance for build up proc would fit in there nicely. The rest are standard damage procs that I liked. I thought about trying my hand at pvp once she was completely outfitted. Anyway, if the build/procs wont work for my goals, please let me know.
