It's so awesome, IMHO, that this happens in CoH.
Both Fulmens and I try to find the person who got hosed on an overpay. I refund everything except the 10% market fee I get whacked with. Sadly, I only manage to find the other person about 1 in 50 times because most people don't read the forums.
It's still nice to see some people that try, though maybe the person bid high to make sure they got it and it wasn't an overpay.
Another thing that has happened to me when standing in a market is to suddenly be gifted with a very expensive item because the person was dragging it into the market window and dropped it on me by mistake. I will generally ask if they really meant to give me the item.... usually they did not. Surprisingly, this happens to me on a quite regular basis.
ONE zero might have been intentional. This wasn't one zero.

... Sadly, turned out neither recipe was worth crafting, in both cases, the price of the enhancement was about 1/4 the crafting cost. And neither was even worth selling. Ah, well. Happy vendor time!
17,000,000 for a Prophecy just now, if anyone happened to benefit from that.
Thanks for eight fun years, Paragon.
Did you buy a generic last night with too many zeroes? Let me know what it was and what you paid, and I'll give you your money back.
