Need some advice on the last few Regen Scrapper Choices

I have a lvl 50 Regen Scrapper and I'm going to respec him, I planned the build that I want but the last 2 or 3 powers are the ones that I'm not sure about. Basically I just need to know to 3 questions.

I'm probably going to go into the Body Mastery EPP, and I want to know if Physical Perfection is worth it on a regen scrapper. I've seen some people take it on their builds, and I've seen others say its a waste with the regen you already have. The other question is, is Weave worth it to get? My build already goes into the fighting pool to get Tough, so getting Weave wouldn't be that hard, it's just that it's base values are so low. 3.75% Defense? It doesn't seem worth it, especially since I'm not combining it with any other move that gives defense, (well unless you count Mog). And the last question, is it that useful to get resilience to pair it up with Tough? To some degree I feel like Tough gives enough S/L resistence on its own, and kinda feel like just taking Energy Torrent from the Body Mastery Pool for fun, but I'm weird like that.

Anyway, that's basically it. Any advice would be appreciated.

First off what is your primary?

Did you take fitness? If so no its not worth it. If you are draining endurance on a /Regen I seriously doubt the Body Mastery Pool will help you manage endurance. Without a build to look at its hard to see what the real problem is.

I would actually recommend the Soul Mastery PPP purely for access to Shadow Meld.

Yes if you have the defense to stack with it. Depending on your power choices and IO slotting its fairly easy to get ~15% +Def to all. Couple this with Shadow Meld, fully slotted it gives you ~30% +Def to all, and you essentially have access to soft capped defense on demand.

The other route you can take is to focus on S/L Defense through IO bonuses.

Fully slotted and stacked with resilience you would get about ~20% Res to S/L. I personally don't find this worth it but YMMV.

Hope that helps

In I18, Physical Perfection can be worth it to put together a no-Fitness build. In I19, Fitness will be inherent, and Physical Perfection will be more of what you're already swimming in - recovery and regeneration, and therefore not very helpful.

Weave is worth it to get IF you have other defense to stack with it, which generally means if you've been pushing with your power pools and getting at least a few set bonuses. Since you say you aren't doing that, I'd only pick up Weave if there's nothing else useful to get.

I personally like stacking Resilience with Tough. Lots of people don't bother. I think it's arguable either way.

Yeah actually it did help. Well with Physical Perfection not really helping there's probably no reason for me to choose the body master pool at all. My Scrapper doesn't have end issues, I was just gonna choose that pool because I thought it would give him more protection. And yes, he already has Health, and Stamina from fitness. Oh yeah, and also he's a Fire Melee/Regen, Scrapper. The reason I didn't mention his primary before is because I didn't think that mattered. So yeah, he doesn't really get any mitigation from his primary which is why I wanted to go into a APP/PPP that gave extra mitigation. But your idea of going into soul mastery makes the most sense.

For lvls 41-49 I was going to learn resilience, and Body Mastery (Since I already had Tough), but now I think I'm going to go Weave, and Soul Mastery. The only down side is having to do all those tip missions to go to Red side and back, but whatever. Anyways Thanks for the input.

Oh yeah, and one more question, how do I get Soul Mastery on a scrapper that's already lvl 50? I have a free respec available, but how exactly does that work? Do I complete the Ghost Widow Arc, and then I can respec into Soul Mastery?

When you do the patron arc after switching, you are granted a respec anyway. You can then use that to respec and have access to all the patrons, not just the one you picked. And with the new implementation, you will then have access to all the patrons and all epic pools no matter which side you end up back on, hero or villain. And soul is very nice with shadow meld in it. You should not need weave, unless you are gonna be fighting something crazy, or farming 52+.

Oh well that's nifty. If I don't get weave I may get something else like Summon Widow or something. But that's to know about the patron arcs.
