Changing the Tip System
What problem is this supposed to fix?

At a guess, the "problem" when some people want to run rogue tips and other people want to run villain tips and they're in the same team.
And no, you're right, that doesn't make any sense.

Welll, not any particular problem. But some people would like a little more variety in the tip missions, and, the ability to run a few Rogue/Vigilante missions without slowing down the progress to Hero/Villain Morality missions, well, would be great.
Ah. I see. Well if it had been because you wanted to see more kinds of tips, like your original post seemed to indicate, I would have suggested that you simply play the vigilante tips after you've got your five hero tips for the day. Since you are in fact looking for a way to circumvent the system in order to speed up your morality missions, for rewards I suppose, I will simply disagree with your suggestion.

It's not 'speeding it up' so much as letting me see more varied missions while still doing the pre-requisite 10 and not having to do more.
Though I suppose it could have a problem if you got the majority of an alignment you didn't want. Though that could be potentially circumvented by doing enough of the alignment you want to have 5+ (Note: This is still having a required 10 to get the first morality mission, just not necesarily of the same alignment. At most, to get both alignment missions, you'd need to do 15, or 20 in the case of Rogue/Vigilante which have 3 alignments to choose from)

You can experience vigilante content while working towards your hero morality mission but it will potentially slow down your progress if you don't do your five heroic alignment missions for the day first. I think this is by intent and design, and an intrinsic part of the alignment system, so it should not be changed. In my opinion.

Well, it's an easy way to pretty much double the available tip missions to those who want to stay their own alignment--and it will slow you down if you don't do at least 5 heroic alignment missions as you'll have to do more of them to get the Morality mission to show up.
An idea I had to change the tip system for people like me, who go all one way and stay that way just because the rewards are better, I had an idea that could help people experience both sides of the content.
You get a morality mission after 10 tips--any 10 tips. The alignment of the Morality mission is that of the majority of the tips you've done, in the case of a 5-5 tie, you get both and get to choose which one to go on.
Would make it easier to team with people who are doing opposing tip missions as content, and as I said, would let people who don't normally explore the vigilante/rogue missions actually do so.
