I know you're just checking interest, but I wouldn't be hopeful about anything lasting on the test server. The test server is too isolated for the current PvP community. While it is easily accessible, many people don't see it to be, and others have an illogical attachment to live servers.
Is there still a 20 player cap on Test server?

Test is a really bad idea at this point, with I19 just on the horizon (I'm sure it'll come down for closed beta since the old GR beta server is probably what the I20 beta is running on) and the copy tool being spotty. Besides, I'm not sure how much interest there would be in any large league with teams smaller than 6v6 or even 8v8.

It's a tourney not a league/ladder.
