Controllers and Dominators got Mace Mastery? Really? Isn't that a Brute and Tanker ability?

No wonder it wasn't working right. LOL.

Dominators have always had Mace Mastery available to them. It was granted to controllers so they would have a Patron Pool, however, controllers already had PFF available via Force Fields so that needed to be replaced. When they replaced it for controllers, they broke it for dominators.

Mace Mastery is the Patron Power Pool.

War Mace is the Brute Primary/Tanker Secondary.

To be precise, it is an Arachnos Mace firing Beams of Pure Evil.

You cannot actually conk someone on the head with it.

And yeah, that's what I thought, too, when the Patron Pools first came out. Now that Masterminds get melee attacks in their Patron Pools, it's even sillier.

MM with melee isnt that odd.. tankminders do sometimes go for melee def/AoE and stay in melee so Using melee isnt that odd.

Giving them another ranged attack is even odder...

No, what I meant though is that since MMs get KO Blow and Thunder Strike, NOT getting Mace Bash or the like is really silly.

Yes you can, at least it worked on my Corruptor when I use Brawl with the Mace out
