is is possible to change the color of the pets spawned by hell on earth? changing the power colors through the tailor appears to affect only my character's animation, the pets are still black.

It is not possible at this time.

Try switching Hell on Earth to the bright rather than the dark customization palette. The pet will then show up with a bright, customizable body colour.

(Also, even on the dark palette, the body does colour, it's just very subtle. Set the tailor background to bright, and use the palest customization row on the dark palette to show it up best.)

Yeah, I was gonna say that. Mine are all Pink, from the bright palette, just like my animations and the effects on my Hellfire Demonling and my Hellfire Gargoyle, but that's only to be expected because the little guys summoned with Hell On Earth are not tiny demonlings, but actual "living hellfire". They don't actually have demon "bodies". Maybe the OP could go out on a limb here and explore other colors than just "black".

um what? Hey, I made a character (emp def) with bright pink animations because of a post I read here about god-awful color combinations for powers (and the worst color for powers in my mind has got to be black), so I just followed the trend with my demon MM... I kinda like it.

actually, the OP did go out on a limb and explore other colors. if you read my comments closely, I stated that I changed colors through the tailor and it appeared that only the animation reflected the color changes.

to Grouchy - thank you for your comments. I will try with the bright palette as I believe I was set to the dark one and wasn't noticing any change to the pet colors.
