Page not found... ? What?
Quote:
If you look at the page you're send to (via a sendRedirect) you'll see it's because they've incorrectly entered the sendRedirect URL you are supposed to be sent to. They forgot the http:// at the start of http://www.cityofheroes.com/news/ser...er_status.html
I don't know if it's just me being used to live a rather easy life or if I really do have a point here.
But, am I the only who find it incredible annoying, that when the servers are down, you're being giving the website http://www.cityofheroes.com/servers/index.html to go and check the server status, but the page aren't found? I find it a little troublesome, cause it's hard to figure out wether there's a server problem, when the server will be up again or if it's your ISP screwing you over. I know now that it is thursday which means maintenance so that's most likely it (although we had that tuesday as well). Would love if we could be given the information that we're being directed to and not just a "page not found". |
I'm PMing Av to let her know, hopefully it won't take too long for the Web team to fix it.
Thanks for the quick reply It's nice to know there's people out there who cares. Thank you!
Its great to know that the link to the US servers works...heres the link for the EU servers:
http://eu.cityofheroes.com/en/news/server_status/
although it rarely seems to have correct or up to date info on there.

If you play on Defiant Server send a tell @Electro Kitty to join The Wonder League SG
