Hi Min, Plant and others,
I would just post this in the in-game channel, but it's often the case that not all are on at the same time.
As most of you know, I have quit the Australia channel due to the fact that I am a largely Freedom resident and very few (if any) other channel people are on Freedom. This makes teaming up and doing TF/SF rather difficult.
Therefore, I will do the same with this channel. I thank Plant for inviting me, but as Metacore nicely summed up, if it's not meeting my wants/needs, I should leave. This could be applied here, too.
All the best to each and every person in the channel!

I get the feeling I missed some kind of Drama. Again.
This seems to happen with a strange regularity in this subcommunity of CoH/V players.

Any drama that may have happened has no relationship to my post. It's all about my play preferences, and how that doesn't align to those in either the 'Australia' channel or this one. People in either channel do not seem to be willing to come to Freedom, and I rarely have the opportunity to go to Justice. My decision is not based on any person - it's just a case of 'lurking' in a channel that I cannot be active in due to how I play. And I think that's more than a little stupid on my part
DKellis - no drama this time
As SlackTech mentioned he plays on Freedom and the vast majority of Australia/Antipodes play on Justice. As such whenever a TF/SF/Event/etc is advertised SlackTech can't join as he is on a different server.
And when he wants to arrange a TF/SF/Event/etc he gets no takers as we are on Justice.
Its not that there is a problem, rather than these two channels don't provide SlackTech with what he is after.
We would love to have him/her on the Channel for chats, advice, etc if he/she has the spaces available for the Global Channels (there is a 10 Channel limit in CoX) and if that is of interest.

I've been more or less out of touch due to various commitments and problems with NCSoft billing, and the usage of the phrase "fed up" indicates some form of ill-feeling.
I also understand the OP is more than a month old by now.

Now the old thread had justifiably got nuked, to repost the important information:
Antipodes is a new channel for Oceanics.
The mods are @Plantatia, @Metacore and @Minotaur.
What's it for ? General chat, help and events/TFs etc
Why form it ? Because it appears to have been decided that we're not allowed to be in the Australia channel unsilenced for more than a couple of days at a time, and we've got fed up with it. Basically we run the 3 regularly scheduled events Mon-Wed-Fri and if we can't talk in Australia, they fall a bit flat.
