recipe for awesomesauce?
Nearest equivalent must be this, surely?
The True Awesomesauce!!
But I need to dig out Nanny's cookbook for the actual recipe
We built this city on Rock and Roll!

Mine's pretty simple:
1 part ketchup
1 part steak sauce
half part yellow mustard
splash of worcestershire
salt and pepper to taste
Adjust as necessary to suit taste. Feel free to add, subract, multiply or divide ingredients as desired. I use it for a dipping sauce or on burgers.
your = Belonging to you.
you're = Contraction meaning "You are."
Ur = The name of an ancient Mesopotamian city.
ur = This is not a word.

Just in a culinary mood rereading the Tea thread, and wondering if there was quite genuinely a recipe or definition you had for Awesomesauce. Or just any random family recipe you wanted to share.
My family's stuff is generally pretty variable and based around what's in hand (other than the Great Sacred Christmas Pudding Rituals). My personal pasta sauce recipe does involve tomatoes, fresh basil, celery, bell peppers, onions, capers, chilli, and of course bacon (known for its high naturally occurring quantities of Awesomium, part of any nutritious and delicious meal). /em homesick |
