Dark Melee/Willppower Game content build
Touch of Fear is a must-take power. I don't care if it doesn't do damage.
11.25% ToHit Debuff unenhanced. 'Nuff said. Put Siphon Insight in it, including the Chance for +ToHit.
Frankenslot Siphon Life with Damage, Accuracy, Recharge, and Healing. As much as you can afford/possibly stick in it.
Don't put Immobilize in Midnight Grasp.
Depending on how well your character manages Endurance, you may or may not need Dark Consumption. It's a decent AoE, but it's made to refill your endurance bar. Watch your blue and take it if you need it.
I have more info on Dark Melee in the guide linked in my sig.
My guides:Dark Melee/Dark Armor/Soul Mastery, Illusion Control/Kinetics/Primal Forces Mastery, Electric Armor
"Dark Armor is a complete waste as a tanking set."

My Dark/WP had Touch of Fear for the first 20 levels, it was a great power to use then. Once they'd matured and had SOs I just didn't need it any more, I respecced it out for Taunt because Taunt doesn't need any slots particularly and it gave me a ranged AOE move for grabbing enemies attention on teams and thus getting shot at (as well as reducing range) to boost fury and encourage things in nice and close to send my Regen through the roof.

The problem with ToF is that you don't really need it most of the time once you mature, and EBs and AVs (when you might) have the PTOD which will nullify 85% of it.

Calling Touch of Fear a "must-take" power lowers your credibility from the get go.

See what Carnifax pointed out.

I am going to have to disagree with this also. It is a good power in the early game, but just not needed later on.

As far as DM/WP as a set, it is a great single target build that can stand up to anything with just SO's or common IO's. Once you start putting IO's in there it can really take off.

I'm of course speaking from the standpoint of having taken Dark Armor. I find Touch of Fear greatly improves my survivability. Having never paired it with Willpower I decided to just give the advice I had on it. I personally love the power.

No need to take a personal shot at me. Thanks.

Not necessarily a personal shot...it's more of a general statement...I would say that to anyone who says it's a must take power. Just trying to inform you.

I apologize if I offended you.
Okay, this is the Brute Build I plan to solo all content (except SF,TF, etc.) on Prae/Blue/Red, all badges, etc. Money is not a problem, Vet with tons of cash stashed. Also vet reward powers that change low level problems (Shadow Maul, Blackwand). Any thought on Procs I need to grab, crap I need to be aware of?
