Hello everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has a SS/Invul build built to survive? Im curious with the tank Epics avail if anyone has an updated one that they have found works really well in battle? Im currently sitting at lvl 14, but im making him to take the major alpha strikes ect. Im also saving up to have a panacea and a Glad Proc in him with my hero merits.

Any builds would be awesome, I know defence is key as first prioriy, and maybe +HP as a second?

Stupid questionsm, but is building for S/L defence as good as building for Melee/Ranged/Aoe?

With Invul, it will be unlikely to cap positional (melee,ranged,AoE) defense. The set just wasn't built for that. But you can softcap s/l with much more ease. Also from what I see, tank epics doesn't add onto raw def or resist. Just more mez and attacks and debuffs. So I stuck with Vil epics on mine. Here's a build I'm using right now for my SS/Invul.

By the way this builds focus wasn't pure survivability. It was to be a balanced build.

When Rage drops does it - Def from your set Def also? Or just your inherit?

It would do -def as a whole, but if you stack it the only debuff you get hit with is -dmg


/gignore @username is the best feature of this game. It's also probably the least used feature.

Here's the current build for my SS/inv. The only thing I don't have so far is the purple damage proc for boxing. I procced boxing out to give me something to hit with that might do damage during a rage crash. He's pretty survivable, capable of tanking the ITF as long as I use Orange inspirations against Romulus until the Auto hit nictus dies.

I've been really happy with this build. The most recent change was the Foot Stomp slotting. I added the 2 purples and frankenslotted it to fit the +rech proc while keeping good enhancement numbers. As long as I keep using Stomp (and why wouldn't you?) I get 135% recharge half the time and 35% the rest.

Once we get free Fitness I'll move a bunch of powers like Fighting earlier, and add Unstoppable back in. Then I'll probably add Stealth, and maybe Hand Clap for fun.
