Furthermore, as I understand it, the end result would take more processing power to handle. This is also why we don't have a 'wall-crawling' ability.

So as nifty and as iconic as this would be... best to ask for something we have a chance (however slim) of getting...
Maybe it's more like Ninja Run's z-axis, where you can sorta "slide up" anything less that a 90 degree angle.

So I gave it some thought. These powers wouldnt be available until lvl 26 or something. Maybe not til 30. I tried my best to make them balanced in regards to what they do. Some are meant for fun, some meant for usefulness, some for both.

Fighting
-Test of Endurance = Click: While Test of Endurance is active you gain limited protection from Stuns, Holds, Knockbacks, Sleep, Immobolize, Repel, and Teleport effects. (Was thinking Mag 2 or 3 Prot, not too much, but an amount that could help.)

Flight
-Air Mastery = Passive: Your control over the airflow created when you fly gives you increased chances of deflecting ranged attacks. Anytime you would be knocked back, your control of the air makes you land safely on your feat.

Concealment
-See Invisibility = Toggle: With this power active you can see through almost all forms of stealth. (Was thinking of Excluding Superior Invisibility and the Maelstrom Stealth.)

Leaping
-Extraordinary Leap = (Only available on Outside Maps) Choose a Location on the map and you do a running leap through several layers of atmosphere to the location you designate.

Presence
-Inspire Confidance = Click: Your presence inspires your teammates and increase their performance all around. +20% Damage +20% Accuracy, +5% Regen, +5% Recov, +5% Def, +5% Resist (All unenhanceable, And set to a time that could not be made perma)

Medicine
-From the Brink = Self Rez
OR
-Adrenaline Boost = Click: When you click this power you immediately regain 20% of your total health, and 10% of your total endurance and are protected from Endurance Drain, Regen Debuff, and Recovery Debuff for 1 minute.

Speed
-After Image = Passive: While you have Superspeed Active you move so fast it causes your enemies to think you aren't exactly where you appear, causing them to miss you more often.(This would take the form of a defense buff, unless its possible with current coding for a -ToHit debuff to be applied only when a power is used against YOU)

Teleportation
-Dimension Rift = Teleport to a zone of your choice that isn't restricted to you.
OR
-Greater Teleport = (Only Available on Outside Maps) Teleport to any marker on the map. (Would pop up a map and the player would click on the marker then teleport right to it.

Leadership
-Clarity of Mind: = Having your teammates around you, helps keep your mind clear from distraction and outside thought. Click: +1 Mag Protection From Fear and Confuse Per Teammate in Range, and +2% Psi Def per teammate in range. was thinking Range 15 ft. or maybe 20.
OR
-Maybe it lets you choose 1 of 5 Roles. The power would only affect you, and you can only have 1 Role power at a time. Not to be confused with having one active at a time. Once you pick one, you can't pick another until you respec.
--Damage = Build Up Like Power
--Buff = PowerBoost like power that affects buffs on the team.
--Debuff = Powerboost like power that affects debuffs on baddies.
--Shield = Taunt that grants you Mez resist because you are expecting the oncoming attack.
--Lockdown = Powerboost Like power that affects Mez effects on baddies.

Now I'm sure someone will find a way to break this somewhere and somehow, but how does it each one sound, and if you could have a tier 5 power for some pools. what would it be and do?
I love most of your ideas. Would be awesome to have access to some of those powers! I could see the seeing thru Stealth thing a slight issue negating an entire AT ability but otherwise I like the rest!

I'm assuming you are talking about a Stalker's Hide? If so then I honestly didn't see it being a problem before Fitness went inherent. You have to have the prereq powers in order to get up to See Invis. In PvE seeing the stalkers matters not (unless the stalker is an NPC), and in PvP not all players will be willing to take the other levels just for the ability to see stalkers.

I kinda like the idea of a device or runic symbol that monitors your vitals and applies the medicine/magics needed to revive yourself, but because of the nature of the medication/spell, it can only be done safely every so often.

Too bad Fly speed has such a low cap to it

This, this, a thousand times this. I have a predilection for masterminds, but I've never been a fan of standard tankerminding due to the lack of status protection most builds have. None of mine have the fighting pool currently; all of them would if this was added.

I like the idea of expanded power pools, but I have some reservations about your proposal.
First, some of the powers seem to mimic what is currently available in the Epic Pools. That is a big no-no. Why take the epic pool power at lvl 41+ when you could get the same thing at lvl 26? Second, while definitely a minority, Kheldians ALREADY HAVE TOO MANY POWERS. This is would only further handicap them. Other builds can get pretty tight for power choices too. This seems to only benefit ATs/Power set combos/builds that already have a lot of flexibility in terms of power choices, and don't really have any better choice available.

I'd rather see an entirely new power pool. Or, an alternative tier4 power (mutually exclusive with the current tier4) for each pool.

Can you imagine what this power would do to Stalkers in PvP? It would make them completely pointless to play. Without the ability to be invisible they are just a really squishy scrapper.

True. But It would take at least 2 of the other concealment powers to have. and I assume most of the pvpers would rather go for something that helped their build against more AT's rather than dipping 3 powers into a set that helps their build only against 1. Cant guarantee it, and I def don't think it should negate Stalkers Hide. the fine details would have to be worked out of course. But it should help a little.

You're talking about the same people that consider both Super Jump and Super Speed MANDATORY on a PvP build.

If a power would negate Stalkers' ability to even be competitive, you can bet a lot of people will take it. Especially since Concealment is a fairly popular pool already anyway. A lot of people take stealth powers so they can more easily disengage from combat, it's not just a stalker thing. A power that negates that would be considered invaluable.

Actually, I believe a lot of PvPers go into that pool anyway for phase shift and LoTG mules. And due to the way perception and stealth works in PvP, adding almost any form of additional perception would allow a significant number of characters to see through hide better than they can now (sorta).

Stalker PvP stealth cap is 1143 feet. Non-VEAT PvP perception cap is 1153. So, at the perception cap you can see a stealth capped stalker 10 feet away. While this doesn't seem like much, it's enough that you can see one who's trying to melee you. However, you have to *get* to that cap, and a lot of characters can't get there solo. At base, you have 500 feet of perception, so you need at least 653 additional perception. Most primary/secondary/ancillary powers that provide perception give 300 feet of it. The rectified reticle proc gives 100, and tactics gives 242-432.5 depending on AT.

Therefore, a melee type with an armor that gives +per, focused accuracy, and a rectified reticle proc or tactics, will be at the perception cap. However, some squishies can't do that, since they end up lacking either a primary/secondary +per power or focused accuracy (or both), or tactics is not as strong. For example, a /dev blaster with targeting drone, tactics, and the rectified reticle proc sits at 1142 - one foot less than a stalker at the stealth cap. Controllers, defenders, and corruptors can reach the cap thanks to their higher modifiers on tactics and having focused accuracy in the mace epic, but masterminds and doms can't.

Add another perception power (which would probably be of the +300 feet variety, given the name), and suddenly things change. Now *every* squishy AT can cap themselves with tactics, see invisibility, and the rectified reticle proc (and targeting drone, for blasters). Additionally, any melee with a perception power in their primary/secondary can now cap without focused accuracy, freeing them to take whatever epic is the most advantageous. Also, a melee *without* a perception power can now cap with see invisibility, focused accuracy, and the proc, where before they couldn't since for them tactics isn't strong enough.

Basically, adding another form of perception bonus, in a pool that most PvPers already take anyway, would allow every AT (and almost any powerset combo) to see through maxed out stalker stealth. And it's worth noting that hide is only 500 feet of stealth by itself - only enough to hide from people with no perception bonus at all. Stalkers at the cap are also running stealth and a stealth IO to get there, yet all that effort would be wasted.
