Short answer is that you can't.
The super-boosters are automatically attached to the account that purchased them in the store.
Unless/Until they add in some kind of "gifting" feature like Steam has, there's no way to directly give someone else one of the boosters.
You could go the route of buying pre-paid visa cards in the correct amount and then giving the winner the card info so they can do the purchase under thier own account, but that's not really what you were wanting to do (from the sound of it), and there's usually some extra fee attached to those pre-paid visa cards that the purchaser has to pay up front in addition to the amount on the card.

I wonder if NCSoft would let me buy it from my paypal account......kinda like I'd make a temp password and either give it to them (no worries, the account would only have the amount needed for packs). Does it matter where the funding source of the packs comes from? hmmm.

And PhillyGirl. I just moved from Philly to Phoenix. Definitely home sick ....and miss watching the Phils....gotta watch Diamondbacks...ouch.
One other thing you can do is see if any of your local 'warehouse' type stores, such as Big Lots has any 'Good vs Evil' editions left, which you can pick up for less than a booster pack would cost you. My VG has given those away in the past. You can usually find for 6-8$ and gives a free month and the GvE bonuses (jet pack, pocket d transporter, costume pieces). Only good for those that havent already bought that pack tho.

Our VG is considering giving away packs as prizes to certain events we have upcoming. I mean the packs are perfect for prizes.....lower cost....people have their eye on one or two of them....and great way to add to the whole COH/COV experience.
Logistically, how can one purchase the packs not linked to an account?
If someone wins the prize and chooses the Mutant pack.....I already have that pack and it will not let me buy another one. Coincidentally, even if I didn't have it.....it would apply the purchase directly to my account, since I have to sign on.
Is there anyway to get the upgrade codes directly?
