Yes.
The newest version (1.8) has the correct APP/PPP distribution for ATs, along with Electric Control and Kinetic Melee.
Just remember that you can no longer use the "auto-update" feature in Mid's. You have to manually go out to titannetwork and download it yourself.

Not even if they go blue? That explains it, then. Odd, since they have PPPs.
They are epic archtypes. HEATs dont get access to APPs either. Patrons make sense for VEATs since they are members or Arachos after all.

I know the logic, it still just seems somewhat odd.
Is there a build of Mids' Hero Designer that allows VEATs to take APPs? I'd like to plan builds for my blueside Widow.
