Need some pointers with Fire/Psi

I recently started playing again after a while of being away. I never got past the mid 20s in the game so I don't know a whole lot anyway. I was attempting to make a character that was good at solo farming so I could return the favor for someone who power leveled me a little bit. I am currently level 37 and I am finding it incredibly hard to solo much at all as a fire/psi dominator. My understanding is that it does the job fairly well. Would this only be a 50 with IO sets completed that I can pull this off? Is there a strategy that I am not following? Perhaps my build is not good enough? I couldnt find many builds and the ones I did find, I am not sure why they took a couple of powers...like grant invisibility for instance when it was build for solo farming. There are likely many things I don't understand the real use for in the game...so any advice you may have is appreciated.

Below is the build i'm following...although I am tweaking a few things along the way...for instance, I did not take grant invisibility. I am also only able to afford SO's as of right now...which is likely another reason I am sucking so bad.

I'm guessing you're finding it incredibly hard to solo because you hardly have any attacks. Try picking a few of those up.

Issue 16 made me feel like this.

It would also be nice to be able to import the information to our Mid's, so try editing your post or making a new one with the data chunk or the working link to import the build.

Thanks

I have pretty much every attack except for some of the single target or items like bonfire that dont play so well with the build...not sure what else I would take as far as attacks. It issue really isnt the matter of attacks...its defense...I get killed before I can do much of anything on most attempts. I am assuming theres a given rotation that I typically need to follow...the only one I could think of is flashfire from the beginning, but having to wait for that to refresh would be counter productive.

Heres the data information for the build. I made the error of thinking I had pasted it already.

It is not so much that "only a 50 can pull this off" as it is that 50s make massively more income of any other level (there is actually a mechanic that nearly doubles your income from 49 to 50 when exp gets turned off). That said, right now any character over level 21 can run tip missions and earn stupidly high amounts of money.

If you are interested I direct you to the market forum, look for any posts about Alignment/Hero/Villain Merits (not Reward Merits). By "stupidly high" my rough estimate is something like 75 to 150 million inf every 2 days if you random roll, and a pretty reliable 150 to 300 million if you just pick level 25 luck of the gamblers and sell 1 every 4 days. works out to over a billion inf a month available to any character level 21+ who can solo 11 missions in 2 days at the minimum difficulty setting.

See just above where I mentioned the "luck of the gambler"? This is a defense set and one of the pieces gives you a straight up 7.5% recharge bonus to every power on your character. You can slot up to 5 of them per character, but no more than 1 per defensive power. So a lot of people put one in combat jumping, one in Maneuvers, one in Weave, and then they run out of spots. But invisibility, stealth and phase can also hold them. Adding all five gives you almost 40% global recharge. By comparison Haste gives 70% and the two stack. On farming builds recharge is very important. The reason these are so expensive is that many people want up to 5 for each character. That is very high demand. =)

Just to give you some advice, head over to the Market Forum. there are lots of great posts that will help you out on the money side very fast and very easy. The first piece of advice I can give you is to only vendor your SOs. All salvage, and recipes you should list on the auction house, and check the recipes if they are worth crafting.
