need help finding a little bit more defense debuff resistance
Quick fix is to move an enzyme from Battle Agility to Active Defense.
Looks like 91% to me - 31.0% from Battle Agility, 30.0% from each Active Defense.
One more Membrane in Active Defense looks like it would do it. It would reduce the recharge time, so you'd be double-stacked for longer, plus it boosts the DDR to 33.4%, capping you when it's stacked.
As far as finding the slot, your Ranged defense is awfully high, so there's probably a way to trade that off. Like pull a couple of Numinas out of True Grit, stick an Enzyme in Combat Jumping and a Membrane in Active Defense. That gives you 44.8% defense to ranged and AoE instead of 48.1% ranged and 44.3% AoE and soves the DDR "problem". Might be a better solution. That's just the first one I noticed.
What Iceboxer said is simpler, I guess. But it drops your AoE defense further to 43.8%.

I would just remove a slot from Conserve Power and stick it in Active Defense to add another HO to it. Membrane or Enzyme, either one works to boost it enough for your purposes. You'll only have the recharge for Conserve Power increase by 9 seconds by doing so, and you'll cap your DDR.

Ah, what it's doing at a minimum is not applying ED to the DDR enhancement. That's really, really bad for my already-respec'd-half-slotted build. #%&*! OK, how bad is it going to hurt me...
Battle Agility... Defense is 18.8% from 11.3% = 66.4% enhancement. 66.4% enhancement of 13.8% DDR is 23.0% DDR.
Active Defense... pre-ED enhancement is 84.3%.... after ED is 56%+(0.15%x(84.3%-60%)) = 59.6% enhancement. 59.6% enhancement of 17.3% DDR is 27.6% DDR.
Total is 23.0% + 2*27.6% = 78.2% DDR.

Bah. I should have been suspicious when I was able to pull off 95% DDR without Grant Cover. I really should have. I'd never heard of such a thing, so I should have checked the numbers.
Guess I need to think about how to fix it, and whether or not I should, or if I'll just be satisfied with 78% DDR.

Thanks for the replies. I got the 82% DDR from the in-game tracker. I'll double check my build once I get the chance.

I'm not 100% sure how it's working Werner...but with 1 enzyme in battle agility and 2 membranes and 2 enzymes in act def I'm sitting at 89.7% ddr in-game. According to mids I should be at 95 but I'm not sure if it's all getting effected by ED.
