Demon wings and angel wings are vet rewards, (think it 6 months, not sure about that though) all other wing types are drops. Look in the market for them if you want them now. Otherwise you have to wait for a drop. Good hunting. 
Wings, on paragon wiki. Note that most wings require crafting a costume piece recipe, angel+demon require being a 15 month veteran, valkyrie/organic each require a booster pack. they can be found under the "back" section of the costume editor once you have them unlocked.

There's an entire page devoted to wings, and the costumes section has info on all the costume pieces in game.

I just started the 7 day trial, and I have a noob question. I thought I saw a character with bat wings, yet I couldn't find them in the character design, any idea if they are available and what process I'd take to get them?
