They're on your map as small yellow explosion-looking dots. You can click on them and you'll get the waypoint on your HUD.

The problem is you have to turn on the "MissionObjectives" radio button in the map's Options - it won't be on by default. It'll be there on any mission involving glowies outside of missions.
Now he will have to make his time.
Small bug with this. Make sure your map is marked to show mission objectives. It flipped off on a new praetorian character through no action of my own.
