I would think that your use of the words "nerf"and "Martial Arts"in the same post ought to be enough to trigger an Arcanaville summon and this ought to be cleared up shortly.

Several of these new changes are not reflected in the power descriptions. If your reaction here is just because you don't see it in the description, I think you can relax.

Appears to be working as well as it ever did -- which is to say, occasionally yje followup Dragon's Tail will hit 6-8 guys and crit not at all. But I believe I have seen people assert that the window of time to get the crit bonus on the followup attack is so narrow that occasionally server hiccups will cost you the bonus, which seems like that could be what I am seeing.
However, the rest of the time Dragon's Tail gets multiple crits after Eagle's Claw, which appears to indicate the bonus still exists.

Just looking at the in-game info for Eagle's claw, it's interesting that the property isn't listed in the description or the detailed info for the power at all. If you don't read the patch notes I don't think you'd even realize it was buffed in this way.
I still get the message "You increase the Critical Chance of your next attack." when i use it.
Like others have said, still seems to be working properly.
I recently noticed after a patch update that went through today, that the description for MA's Eagles Claw no longer mentions anything about an "added" +Critical chance for any attack used directly after it. Am I, or did, I miss something? Did MA lose it's "buff" that it just recently got already?!? Or is that simply a type-o that the dev's will need to remedy and the extra critical chance is still there? I'm REALLY hoping that it wasn't stealth nerfed already...I mean...thanks to the little boost they gave MA...my MA Scrapper was finally starting to feel...strong.
Can anyone confirm if the buff has already been removed? It's not in the powers description ANYWHERE that I can see right now. I also jumped on my MA Scrapper to find out first-hand, and he didn't seem to be getting ANY sort of "increased" critical chance after using Eagles Claw...I mean...maybe I'm imagining that he's not (I hope I am) but it really didn't feel like it did last week...
Anyone know for sure?
