I don't think so as he isn't an Outcast in those missions.

FYI: Currently the only mission redside with Outcasts is Oprative Wellman's Destroy Steel Canyon Statues in the Masters of Destruction arc.

Hello, couldn't find the answer elsewhere. My lvl 50 Villain badger fights Frostfire in the alignment mish. Does he count as an Outcast boss for the badge?
