Problem filing bug reports

Do you mean you actually contacted support to ask if they got your bugs or is there perhaps some automated site you can log into.
If the latter then I've never heard of it and I'm not surprised it's buggy in itself.
If the former then I have to admit that I myself would tell you that nope, we didn't get any of your bugs. There are thousands of people turning in bugs every single day. For one person to call or mail and ask if their personal bug reports got through is like calling some random volunteer the week after the Jerry Lewis telethon and asking if they got your donation.

Never had /bug reports show up in my support center, just /petitions.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Since all my /petitions are either answered quickly or don't require responses or updates I have never had a reason to bother with it. Still, I should have known better.

I'm missing four bug reports, and I never got emails for any of them.
I've also picked up another issue I'd like to report, relating to a self-completing tip mission objective.
My notes say I've filed four bug reports since Going Rogue came out. The NCSoft support center says I've filed zero. Is anybody else having this sort of problem?
I've got a fifth bug I'd like to report (relating to Mastermind pets in the Shadow Shard), but I don't know if I should bother, seeing as my last four have vanished.
