What happened to the disable in-game ads option?

Odd, I don't remember ragequitting.

The stupidity of the entire program was apparent from day one and has been borne out by its current state of abandonment.

I think we remember them mainly because there only ever were two of them, and everyone was looking for them when they first came out. If we were two years and and they were still running, I think most would be hard-pressed to name the majority of them. Heck I used to think there was one from Burger King, but it turned out that was a fake ad that had always been in the game.

I personally think it would be hilarious to see ads for Apple products on billboards in Praetoria. Wait, are there billboards in Praetoria?

The thing that always made me wonder is, why is he trying to dunk a basketball when he's a baseball player?

Yeah the Jeter Clutch shoe was part of the Air Jordan collection.

It's all about cross-training! Many athletes play alternative sports for fun and to work their non-primary-sport muscles, especially guys like Jeter who play one of the more physically active positions on the diamond (shortstop).

... plus, anything with the Air Jordan logo sells like hot cakes.

I should put that logo ON hotcakes... No, no, that's dangerous thinking. That could cause a world ending paradox or something.

I mean:
Code:
if Hotcakes = Hotcakes

and

Air Jordan logo = Hotcakes

then

Hotcakes + Air Jordan logo = Hotcakes²
At the very least, we'll run out of Hotcakes and the world will be forever without Hotcakes. I just can't let that happen. A Hotcake shortage is exactly what caused Skynet to send a terminator back in time to kill John Connor.

It's my duty. It's my curse.
