SO's?
Level 15/20 DOs - Steel Canyon, Skyway City (all five Origins in both zones, just find the one on the map that matches yours)
Level 25/30 SOs - Talos Island, Independence Port (all five Origins in both zones, just find the one on the map that matches yours)
Level 35/40 SOs - Brickstown, Founders Falls (requires doing one mission to unlock store-contact)
- Serafina, Magic store-contact, Brickstown
- Holsten Armitage, Science store-contact, Brickstown
- Mark IV, Tech store-contact, Founders Falls
- Agent Six, Natural store-contact, Founders Falls
- Penny Preston, Mutation store-contact, Founders Falls
- Ghost Falcon, all-origin store-contact, Peregrine Island
Probably the easiest thing for level 35+ SOs is to go to the Midnighter Club or RWZ as there's no unlocking mission to do and you'll likely unlock the Midnighter Club anyway as you need to do that to get to Cimerora, home of the ever-popular Imperious Task Force.

Thank you, I was trying to buy them at 22, no wonder I couldn't find any.
I found them finally, they cost a fortune, I guess it's DO's for me for awhile lol
Well, the cost is relative. Once you get up a few levels you'll find that you make influence much more easily than in the early game. Also very important - are you selling the drops you get at the Market, vendoring them or just deleting them?
If you're not using the Market, you're depriving yourself of a very large source of potential influence. Many of my characters can fund their first round of level 25 SOs when they hit level 22 based solely on earnigns from drops sold at Market.

Ahh I didn't realize the market was so important, I was just vendoring everything, thanks for letting me know.
Yeah, I would highly recommend you use the Market. When you're starting out, it's probably better to just put everything up for sale at the Market for a low price and take the profits - later on when you know what'll move and what won't, you can vendor the stuff that's unlikely to move on the Market.
Some recipes and salvage drop only in the lower level ranges and are much sought-after by high level players with deep pockets - you can make a bundle just from selling what you find playing normally. If you have the time and inclination, you can make even more by doing some modest market research and doing some marketeering (buying things off the market low and either crafting them to sell high or simply relisting them). This of course takes some knowledge of how the Market works and what's in demand, but it's not as time-consuming or as complex as you might think.
Take home message: I suggest you put everything up on the market for sale for 100 influence to start. Anything that fails to sell after three days, take down and vendor. You may be suruprised as just how much inf you end up making.
As a caveat, you are likely to end up selling some very valuable drops for less than their potential value going this route (some of the very good stuff can sell for several mililion more influence if it's crafted first), but since you were vendoring anyway it's all bonus to you at this point.

Quite a few of the rare salvage drops at really low levels aren't worth a lot, but virtually every rare salvage drop in your current level and above is worth a minimum of 100,000 on the market and many are worth 1-3 million.
For the most part uncommon salvage isn't that valuable with about half of it worth vendor price or less and the other half worth up to 10,000. There's a few exceptions and all salvage is subject to an impatient wealthy character shelling out big money to get it NOW.
For recipes most of the temp powers you get are vendor trash, and common recipes (Invention: Accuracy and the like) are nearly always worth more to a vendor... I just sell that straight to the vendor. Set recipes (under the "Invention" tab in your recipes) are all over the place, some of them like Steadfast Resistance 3% def/Res are worth 15 million or more while many others are worth vendor price. Until you get a feel for what's worth money I suggest checking the price for every invention recipe you have drop.
If you want a guaranteed way to make inf here's a suggestion:
Go to the market and place LOW bids (100 inf) on level 50 rare set recipes that are low value... things like Sniper sets (excluding Sting of the Manticore), hold sets (excluding Lockdown), immobilize and slow sets are usually in this category. The next day pick up the recipes that filled and take them to a vendor for 10k each. I used to use this method to get seed money on new alts... it's very easy to get a million in just a couple days of this spending maybe 5 minutes a day. Just check the last 5 market prices to find things that are worthless and bid on stacks of 10 of them, then come back tomorrow and collect what filled and cancel what didn't.

Thanks for tips on the Market, before I logged out today i put all my salvage drops on the auction house, and before I even finished posting everything someone bought my higher priced stuff and i made a nice 60k influence YAY!!
One more question, should I just save all my money for SO's at 22 or should I still spend the cash at level 12 for DO's?
Thanks!

But I recommend instead getting some cheap set recipes, and crafting them. They will never expire and save you millions in the long run.
Look at one slot. If at 22 you slot a level 25 SO, by 28 it expires and you need to put in a 30. At 33 it expires again and you need to put in a 35, and a 40, and a 45, and a 50. That's about 280,000 inf total.
Or you can buy a cheap level 24 or 25 set recipe on the market for 15,000 to 48,000, and add three salvage and craft it for about another 48,000. Less than 100k and it will never expire, it will never drop in power. And, if you total upp the Two or Three areas it gives you a bonus to, it adds up to a higher bonus than the SO ever will.
Cheaper, never expires, and gives higher bonuses.

This is HUGE. Quite a few of the salvage drops you've been selling to the vendor for 250 inf are worth 20-60,000 each on the market. Luck Charm & Alchemical Silver are two of the winners here.

Definitely switch to at least common level 35 IOs when you can. Going level 25 common IOs is decent enough as well considering a level 25 common IO is 1.33% less effective than a +0 SO and that's without ED. Once you learn the market, you will never need "money" again unless you are pimping out a character and that's depending on how much you have and how much you want to pimp out the character.
Oh, and sell enhancements at the correct stores. Correct store meaning if it's at least partly of tech origin, then sell it at a tech store. Croatoa and Faultline's stores suck no matter what unless those have been changed.
Hero side you can also get a particular SO (which is much much much more powerful than IOs at this level) from Yin in Faultline. By completing the missions for Penelope Yin you unlock Yin's market. In there each origin can buy a single type SO of levels 13, 17 and 21.
Mutation and natural get damage
Science gets recharge
Tech gets endurance reduction
Magic gets accuracy.
If you use the level 13s at level 10 they give you a 38% boost. Even at level 14 when they will be -1 to your level they are still worth 30%. And at level 14 you can buy the level 17s.
Alternately IOs at those levels will not do nearly so much.
Level 10 will give you 12%
Level 15 is 19%
Level 20 is 26%
Level 25 is 32%
Level 30 is 35%.
So as you can see even though IOs never lose their bonus SOs out perform them until at least level 25. Even a -2 level SO is equal to a level 20 IO. Yins SOs are the biggest performance boosters available from level 10 to level 20.
Now for the bad part. You can't even unlock the story line that lets you get the SOs until level 15 so you will either have to buy them on the market where they are extremely rare and extremely expensive. Or you can ask in a global channel or broadcast in Faultline and see if anybody will buy you some.

The interesting thing about these is that they are not limited by origin. They are totally random.

They should be limited to the possible drops from the origin of what you defeated.

In any event, the Yin-Os only magic origin can use accuracy. But with the SOs that drop off AVs, you could in theory get a level 10 Science SO, or a level 15 Mutation. Something that the Yin store will never sell.

Can someone tell me where I can get these? The shop where I bought my DO's dosen't carry them, are they in another zone in Paragon City?
Thanks!
