Had this idea Instead of dieing you get arrested

I had this idea that instead of dieing you get subdued and then arrested then you gotta fight your way out of it like a mayhem where you end up in a jail after you are defeated just a thought. This way you don't lose Experience but you end up in a cell instead. in COV of course

No one loses experience when they die in this game.

Already in certain Arachnos, Council and Circle of Thorns maps you go to a cell when defeated. It's cool, but occassionally annoyingly time consuming when the CoT energy barriers take forever to be break down.

I'd be against the mechanic being more widely used because often after a defeat I just want to get back to my in-progress mission as quickly as possible, especially if I got taken out by an unexpected lucky shot and am itching for revenge.

In addition to noting that you Do Not lose Experience in this game, (I'll explain later*) I would not that having villains capture thier foes would apply to CoH too, not just CoV.
How many times has James Bond gotten captured, just so he can hear the villain explain his plan, then busted loose?

*Debt: Instead of losing XP that you've already gained, you have a brief period where you gain XP at half rate, but you still gain $INF and Loot at the same rate. Often, it simply takes a chunk out of Patrol XP and has no effect at all on future progression. As one poster put it "The only defeat penalty that could be less harsh would be to have a NPC walk over, point and say "Ha HA!" when you die."
