When I'd first made Stoirm Thoirni, my Dark/Elec tank, I'd put together the build I'll add here. Most early builds are a guildline for me, not a build etched in stone. He's currently sitting at lvl 28 right now and I've done a few things differently than the build. I took taunt where I show CoD and I put SS off till after 20 and grabbed Thunder Strike earlier. Ninja run sufficed for a travel power in the early levels. I'll definately be getting CoD at 30 and we'll see how it goes from there. If nothing else this may give you some ideas.

The only two IO's that I've bothered with so far have been the Theft of Essence proc, and the Razzle Dazzle proc. Because the Razzle Dazzle is in a toggle I'm really only getting about a 4% proc on average. In the end it's not something that's as nice as I was hoping, but for now I'll leave it there until I decide to do something else.

Anyway, I hope this gives you some ideas even if it's "I wouldn't do that"...

Interesting build, I can see a few things I'll do differently but I thank you for the ideas. I'll be shifting slots to get the ST attacks a bit more accuracy and I think I'll get Dark Regen earlier... Hasten can wait I think.

I'll play with it a bit; I'm sure I'll make more changes as I get experience with the build... at 45 I'm still not totally happy with my Shield/Fire/Pyre tanker's build. It's always too many things we want and not enough slots to get them all.

I have a pretty decent slotting for the power in Mids, but can't access it from work right now. Maybe Dechs has something he could suggest for it.
Here's how I would slot it...

Theft of Essence: Acc/End/Rech (30)
Theft of Essence: Chance for +End (30)
Touch of the Nictus: Acc/End/Rech (50)
Harmonized Healing: Heal/End/Rech (40)
Numina's Convalesence: Heal/End/Rech (50)
Doctored Wounds: Heal/End/Rech (50)

Acc: 38.60%
End: 95.05%
Heal: 61.70%
Rech: 95.05%

Hmm, I would definitely want more accuracy than that, unless you're assuming some significant global bonuses for accuracy and/or to hit.

I've got mine slotted as follows:

Eradication: Acc/Rchg, Acc/Dam/Rchg, Acc/Dam/End/Rchg
Theft of Essence +End
Numina: Heal/End, Heal/End/Rchg

Using top level enhancements that gives you:

54.38% accuracy (plus the Kismet +Acc)
62.93% end reduction
47.70 heal
75.02 recharge

I could probably squeeze a little more end reduction and heal out of it by not using the Eradications, but I think it's a fair trade-off for the E/NE defense and +end bonuses.

I may play that Fire/Fire up eventually; I drag him out when some of my friends decide to run on Protector. Part of the reason for something else right now is I've done Fire Melee twice including the Shield/Fire I'm finishing up now.

I have semi-abandoned alts from 20-43 scattered around the servers. I'm sure I'll come back to that Fire/Fire tanker at some point... he's a survivor of issue 3 and the Burn nerf of issue 4.

I rolled up the Ice/Elec tanker on Guardian; Dynamic Floe just stepped off the bus into Atlas Park. I'll roll up the Dark/Elec once I do a bit of housecleaning... a couple of other alts will have to go to make room. I think the Bots/Dark MM who's level 6 and unplayed over 1,000 days is a likely candidate.

Generally assume some global Acc, though I admit to feeling the slotting is a hair low on Acc. A Kismet 6% and even one purple set or two other sets with +Acc would be enough to solidify it. I just wanted to get to 90%+ on recharge and endurance, so I could use it as often as possible.

As an alternate, how about...
Theft of Essence: Acc/End/Rech (30)
Theft of Essence: Chance for +End (30)
Touch of the Nictus: Acc/End/Rech (50)
Obliteration: Acc/Dam/End/Rech (50)
Numina's Convalesence: Heal/End/Rech (50)
Doctored Wounds: Heal/End/Rech (50)
... for...
Acc: 57.15%
Dam: 18.55%
End: 94.69%
Heal: 42.40%
Rech: 94.69%

I have a late 20's Dark/axe Tank. So far i really enjoy dark armor on the toon. Play to the strengths of the tool box that DA is and you won't have a problem CMA.

My suggested slotting for Dark Regen is 4 piece ToE (1 piece being the proc of course) an then 2 Acc/Dam HO's or 2 other accuracy boosts depending on any set bonus's you might want.
