It's happened to me several times. The only fix I know is to relist, relist, relist until it takes. Not ideal.

The "(0 each)" message means that somehow the market server hasn't really gotten the message. It's out of "stored" on your machine but not theirs, or something. I haven't seen it stay that way for more than a couple of seconds, that I noticed. I may have seen it, pulled and relisted it, and not remembered, though.
