Yes. Set bonuses from inventions do carry over into the forms, regardless of which power they're slotted into.

Global IOs function as set bonuses so their effects persist regardless of form. Also, any of the lingering 120s procs will run their entire duration even if you shift into another form.

I'm revisiting my Warshade after a long time. He's a tri-form build and a ton of fun to play. I'm looking to rebuild and for the life of me can't remember if set-bonuses from auto-powers carry over into the forms. I know the benefits don't, but do the set bonuses? That actually goes for everything. Do the set bonuses from powers your current form doesn't have apply?
