Capes
Just a small complaint, when we start going Rogue, we can switch to the traditional Rogue Island zone at lvl 20. If we want a cape, we must then contact Kalinda on Mercy and then run her missions. This seems a bit redundant. If we had started in COV, at 20 we would have already run her missions. Just seems to be a bit of a pain. Any opinions?

Yes, I've had this problem with villains that skipped Kalinda's missions on the way up (there's only so many snakeholes you want to jump down). When you want to run the cape mission you have to finish off her arc (fortunately at your level) before she'll give it to you
So run the missions and get some XP! wooooo XP!

The only one I've had so far that went red (from blue, haven't got any Praetorians out yet) had to go kill Burch, then got the cape mission.
I never understood why the cape mission redside was tied to the starter contacts. They should just place an NPC near the two that acts like Blueside's city rep.
I ran both arcs a few times on villains, then skipped them on subsequent plays, making it a minor annoyance to run the missions just to go steal a cape.

Its been different on my Controller, Tanker, and Scrapper ....
Either I have to do Operative Burch take down ..then get cape mish..or she just gives it to me.
Then when it came to Aura... on one alt I had to do the Serus take down first...then get my Aura mish. Other alt...didnt have to.
Its very inconsistent I tell yah.

In fact, it's the first thing I've seen that is even sillier than having to earn it in the first place, especially since we have to earn a cape to get an aura, even if we don't want the cape at all.
