Elec killing slow

It's the fastest of all ATs?

Not sure if it beats Fire/Kin Controllers, but it comes close.

SS/Shield is also pretty far up there when it comes to farming.

Electric and what? An elec/stone is gonna be slower than dirt, and it sure isn't the primary's fault, is it?

If you're going slow on an elec/shield.... you're doin' it wrong.


Fastest versus what? The fastest farmer versus Rikti is a spines/elec scrap, for example.

Fastest versus how difficult? SS/fire is fast versus +0/8 fire users, but it's slow as dirt versus +2/8 smash lethal users.

SS is way faster versus robots than claws. Claws is way faster than SS versus carnies.

A claw/elec versus carnies is super fast, for example, and I would heartily recommend the combo, especially if you grab a hold.

Slow and difficult are two different things. It's plenty fast against +2/x8 behemoths. Hell, I PL my lowbies with +4/x8 if I'm feeling frisky. It doesnt take too long these days with the change to burn and FE.

Using a FA to farm S/L, however, is far from safe. If you count travel time from the hospital into the +2/x8 SL farm, then sure, it's slow

Look for a thread called "Cat's Hour Challenge Part 2". By Catwhoorg. It is a contest to see who can farm the most efficiently. Very interesting and a good read.

Mauk's advice is the best for you here. As al Elec/WP I recomend going after Banished Pantheon. Either in AE or go blueside and there is a great mission from Unai Kemmen if you want a shot for purples. But making a custom AE mission by replacing the shamans with family gunners will net you vastly more money. Banpan take between 5 adn 10% bonus damage from energy attacks (like lightning) and are pathetic against willpower.

Council are ok, but the robots will resist energy. Avoid PPD at all costs.
