If you have Going Rogue, you might want to think about 'farming' the Morality Mission for an Alignment Merit.
Do five Tip Alignment missions one day, and then five Tip Alignment missions plus one Tip Morality mission the next day and you get an Alignment Merit.
Once Alignment Merit equals roughly 100 - 250 Reward Merits, depending what you buy with it.
