No SO's for sale in Praetoria at present(short of the market).

I've been emailing Yin-O's to myself from level 10 onwards to get SO level enhancements in Praetoria.
I did the Yin scene too. Accuracies at 10, 14, and 18. Except for those and a stun proc, I did not slot anything else until 12, then all empty slots received level 15 generic IOs (20s for slots gained from 17 through 21).
Just got my elec/elec Dom to level 22. Didn't know if you can buy SO enhancements in Praetoria? My guess is no since Praetoria is a level 1-20 zone. Thus, I guess I will need to make my final journey across the great divide we call the rift...heheh. Well, it was nice while it lasted.
