I think we should stop talking about how awesome claws is on Brutes. IT makes me nervous.
Point of contention: Adding Gloom to a claws attack chain reduces ST DPS due to redraw.
FU, Slash, Focus, Strike, repeat > FU, Slash, Focus, Gloom, redraw, repeat.
FU, Slash, Focus, repeat with 313% recharge in FU for no pause with a CFBU in FU and Focus and the damres debuff proc in slash is still the top dog for claws ST DPS.
The statements above were accurate last time I checked.

Please keep in mind that, pre-soft cap, I found the 'heal' in Energy Drain to, at best, only be sufficient to cover the damage you take while waiting for Energy Drain to animate...

It's a good heal...if you have like 8 dudes around you lol.
