Revamped Elec/Elec, please critique
I have an elec/elec dom I like a lot so I want to take a look at what you've got. I will look at this when I get home. (They block Mid's download!!)
Off the top of my head, I'd suggest moving the mass immob back, and getting Build Up earlier instead. It's nice to be able to spike your damage against enemies that laugh off mez.

A better algorithm for ordering MA arcs
This is the build i am working on. My elec/elec dom is currently at level 25. I have been struggling to come up with a good build. This is the best i have come up with so far.
I allready have like 90% of all the IO's i plan on using in SG storage....including the LOTG's and the 3 purple sets.
