The Greatest Brawl
Procs, of course.
Issue 16 made me feel like this.

So... where's Smurphy's 6-slotted Hecatomb Brawl?

2 Acc and 4 damage procs?
Or perhaps Two slot a purple set, add it's damage proc, and then 3 other damage procs?
I have a full set of Mako's Bite in my SS/Shield Brute's Brawl (used it soft cap ALL), and it's not bad in the attack chain when it proc's.

My petless Mastermind's Brawl is 6-slotted: 4 Mako's Bite for +HP and its damage proc, and the remaining two are also damage procs. Occasionally hits for over 200 damage.
for a melee type I'd just stick a Kinetic combat: chance for KD in there if it's a slot-heavy set.
for non-melee type? dunno, probably wouldn't bother.
Sorry... that's where I stopped reading

What is the best way to make Brawl a viable attack considering it lost its end cost a while back? This is more of a hypothetical than anything else since I doubt I'll use it that much. I've heard that loading it with procs is the best way to get use out of it.
